Lessons here run from $5 to $58 an hour, most of them around $15. 7 of the 9 have passed the WeaTeach assessment (2 master, 2 gold, 3 silver), which is also what caps the price they may charge. Between them they name IELTS, TOEFL, 會話, Business English among their specialties.
Do these tutors know the TOEFL iBT format?
The tutors on this page list TOEFL among their specialties and teach to the current iBT: the integrated writing task, the academic discussion task and the timings that cost unprepared candidates the most points.
What TOEFL score can I expect to gain?
Nobody can promise a score. What preparation reliably fixes is the part of your result that comes from the format rather than your English, and that is usually worth several points on speaking and writing.
