By accessing or using WeaTeach ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

WeaTeach is an online education platform that offers structured English courses and learning packages. Instructors create and publish course content, and students purchase and access these digital course packages.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform.
• WeaTeach reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Instructor Responsibilities

• Instructors are independent content creators, not employees of WeaTeach.
• Instructors are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their course materials.
• Instructors must accurately represent their qualifications and experience.
• Instructors are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.

5. Student Responsibilities

• Students agree to follow the course access terms and guidelines.
• Students must treat instructors with respect and professionalism.
• Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed through the payment methods available on the Platform (PayPal, cryptocurrency, Alipay, bank transfer).
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the instructor or required by applicable law.
• WeaTeach may charge a platform fee for transactions processed through its payment system.
• Instructors are responsible for setting their own course prices and terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and software, is the property of WeaTeach or its licensors. Instructors retain ownership of their course materials but grant WeaTeach a license to display and distribute them on the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications
• Using the Platform for illegal activities
• Attempting to circumvent Platform payment systems
• Harassing other users
• Uploading malicious content or spam

9. Limitation of Liability

WeaTeach provides a platform for delivering digital education products. We are not responsible for disputes between users or any damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to WeaTeach in the preceding 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where WeaTeach operates.

11. Changes to Terms

WeaTeach reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
