Can we meet early in the morning or late at night?
Tutors set their own hours across many timezones, and the availability shown on each card is in yours, so you can book before work or after the children are in bed.
Can I try a tutor before committing?
Yes. The $5 Trial Pass gives you a 25-minute trial with up to four different tutors, so you can meet several people before you settle on one.
How are WeaTeach tutors checked?
Tutors take a recorded assessment — an interview and a teaching demo — reviewed by a person, not only by AI. It grades pronunciation, grammar, fluency and teaching skill, and the resulting level is shown on the tutor's card.
What happens if a lesson does not go ahead?
Your payment is held, not spent. You confirm the lesson afterwards, and if something goes wrong you report it and the money stays put until it is sorted out.
