Is it really free?

Yes. The four trial lessons cost nothing, there is no card and no subscription. You carry on by the hour or with a pack of lessons only if you want to.

Why four different teachers?

Because the teacher is the lesson. Four short lessons with four people tell you more than one long one, and you keep the one you got on with.

What if I cannot make an hour I picked?

Write to your teacher from your account, or in the app, and move it. Nothing is lost: a lesson you did not sit is still yours.
