Important: Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made through WeaTeach are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

All purchases on WeaTeach — including individual courses and course packages — are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the payment method used (PayPal, cryptocurrency, Alipay, or bank transfer).

2. Why Non-Refundable

Course content is prepared and made available immediately upon purchase
Digital products are delivered and accessible upon purchase
Instructors are independent content creators who receive payment for their courses

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same purchase
Technical errors: If a platform error prevented you from receiving the service
Course unavailability: If a purchased course is removed or made permanently unavailable

Exception requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase to support@weateach.com.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding course quality:

Contact the instructor directly to resolve the issue
If unresolved, contact WeaTeach support for mediation
WeaTeach will review the case and may offer credit or an alternative course at its discretion

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through WeaTeach may result in account suspension.
