Every tutor here prepares students for Business English and speaks German as well, so a rule that makes no sense in English can be explained once in your own language and the lesson carries on. The work itself is the meeting you have to chair, the email you rewrite four times and the interview.
Lessons here run from $18 to $26 an hour, most of them around $25. All of them have passed the WeaTeach assessment (1 gold, 2 silver), which is also what caps the price they may charge. Between them they name Conversation, IELTS among their specialties.
Will the lesson be taught in German?
No — in English, because that is what the test and the job are in. German is there for the explanation that will not land otherwise, which saves the ten minutes a monolingual lesson loses to guessing.
How do these tutors prepare me for Business English?
They work on the meeting you have to chair, the email you rewrite four times and the interview. Each card shows the level the tutor was assessed at and their next free slot in your own timezone, and one free Trial Pass lets you meet up to four of them before you commit.
Yes, free. The Trial Pass gives you a 25-minute trial with up to four different tutors at no cost, so you can meet several people before you settle on one.
