會說法語的英語輔導老師
Every tutor here teaches English and speaks French as well, so when an explanation will not land in English there is a way through it rather than a shrug. That matters most at the beginning; by the time you are arguing in English it matters very little, and you should choose on the teaching.
Lessons here run from $5 to $40 an hour, most of them around $12. 10 of the 17 have passed the WeaTeach assessment (1 master, 4 gold, 4 silver, 1 bronze), which is also what caps the price they may charge. Between them they name IELTS, 會話, 商務英語, General English among their specialties.
人們常問的問題
Will the lesson be taught in French or in English?
In English, mostly — that is what you are here to practise. What French buys you is the ten seconds where a word will not come or a rule makes no sense: the tutor explains it in your own language and the lesson carries on instead of stalling.
Is a tutor who speaks French worth choosing over one who does not?
Below about B1 it usually is, because the alternative is guessing. Once you can follow an explanation in English it matters much less, and you should pick on teaching rather than on the shared language.
在WeaTeach上，一個線上家教的費用是多少？
課程費從$5起，時長50分鐘。家教的收費上限由他們在WeaTeach評估中證明的水平決定，因此個人資料上的價格始終為真實且可預約的價格。
我可以先試課再決定嗎？
Yes, free. The Trial Pass gives you a 25-minute trial with up to four different tutors at no cost, so you can meet several people before you settle on one.
WeaTeach的家教是如何稽核的？
家教需透過錄音評估——包括面試和教學示範——由真人稽核，而不僅僅是AI。它會對發音、語法、流利度和教學技巧進行評分，最終的水平將在家教的個人資料上顯示。
