Hi, I’m Teacher Elsa! I’m a TEFL-qualified English teacher with over five years of experience teaching students of all ages and levels, from young learners and beginners to university students and working professionals. I specialize in conversational English, 發音, 語法, 詞彙, Business English and IELTS Speaking preparation. My teaching style is student-centered, supportive and communicative. I believe students learn best when they are actively involved in the lesson, so I encourage my students to speak, ask questions, share their ideas and learn through conversation rather than simply listening to the teacher. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to suit their individual level, learning pace, interests and goals. I create a relaxed and positive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, because mistakes are a natural and important part of learning. For me, teaching is not only about improving English skills—it is also about building confidence. I love seeing students become more comfortable expressing themselves and realizing that they are capable of communicating in English. No two lessons are exactly the same! I like to make lessons interactive, personalized and relevant to the student's everyday life. We may begin with a few warm-up questions or a short conversation about your day, interests or a topic related to the lesson. From there, we might work on vocabulary, 發音, 語法, reading or speaking skills. I use questions, discussions, examples, role-play and practical activities to keep students actively involved. During the lesson, I provide gentle corrections and explanations while allowing you plenty of opportunities to speak. For students preparing for IELTS, I also introduce practical speaking strategies, help you expand your answers, improve your vocabulary and pronunciation, and develop greater fluency and confidence. Whether your goal is to speak English more confidently, prepare for an exam, improve your professional communication or simply become more comfortable having conversations, I will tailor our lessons to help you reach your goals.
